Rhythmic Gymnastics Details


The Aurora Dazzlers introduces the sport of Rhythmic Gymnastics and hosted their first season 2015-16. Rhythmic Gymnastics is a sport that combines elements of ballet, gymnastics, dance, and apparatus manipulation.  The program is intended for both male and female athletes ages 8 and up, no experience necessary.


Team Practices held at St. Joseph’s Catholic Elementary School, 2 Glass Drive, Aurora

Season Start Date: October 17th 2017
Season End Date: May 2018 (exact end date to-be-advised)

Practice Times: Tuesday evenings, 6:30-7:45 pm

Program Cost: $50 for the season

Special Olympic Rhythmic Gymnastics Competition

Aurora Dazzlers in their first competition in Georgetown, Saturday April 22nd 2017. Aurora Dazzlers paraded during the Georgetown Competition opening ceremonies. The Dazzlers were led in by athlete Gemma; followed by athletes Rebecca, Hannah, Ruby and Carly, along with coaches Heather, Mara,
